For the Ludwigsfelde Housing Association 'Märkische Heimat' we are realizing an extension to an existing multi-family residential building.
Three existing apartments are being converted and a new community room is being constructed in the front section.
Our scope of work includes demolition, conversion, and extended shell construction work including earthworks, as well as facade design and roof covering.

For the Berlin Workshops for People with Disabilities we are constructing two extensions to an existing building.
At the same time, the existing building is being completely gutted, floor plans adapted, roofs re-covered, and the facade optimized to current energy standards.
Berlin Alt-Heiligensee · 2022
In Berlin Alt-Heiligensee we have the privilege of participating in the conversion of a listed tram depot.
New masonry walls were erected, reinforced concrete ceilings installed, and the entire facade is being renovated by us.
