Privacy Policy Märkische Projekt Bau GmbH

Last updated: July 2026

With the following information, we inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data when using our website.

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is Märkische Projekt Bau GmbH, Hochschulring 33, 15745 Wildau, Germany, phone +49 3375 95 09 70, email info@maerkischeprojekt.de.

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). When you visit the website, Vercel processes technically necessary server log data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) to deliver the website and ensure secure operation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

This website does not use third-party tracking cookies. Only technically necessary settings are stored locally: your chosen language and your decision in the cookie banner (Section 25(2) TTDSG). You can grant consent to analytics via the cookie banner and change or withdraw it at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

4. Analytics (Vercel Analytics)

We use Vercel Analytics to improve our website, but only if you have given consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TTDSG). The service works without cookies and without cross-device tracking; visits are evaluated anonymously and in aggregate, and no personal reference is established. Without consent, no analytics take place. You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

5. Contact Form and Email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, message) exclusively to handle your enquiry. Form messages are sent technically via the service provider Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) on the basis of standard contractual clauses. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. AI Chat Assistant

An optional AI chat assistant is available on the website. Its use is voluntary. Your chat input is transmitted to our AI service provider (Vercel AI Gateway, model provider Google) to generate the response. Please do not enter confidential or special-category data in the chat. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a modern information service); processing only takes place upon your active input.

7. Social Media and External Links

Preview images and videos from our Instagram profile are hosted on our own servers; viewing this content does not transfer any data to Meta. Only when you click an Instagram link do you leave our website; the privacy policy of Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) then applies. The same applies to links to KfW, ILB, BAFA and other external services.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, contact info@maerkischeprojekt.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Brandenburg.
