Building in Wildau
Wildau is our home base. Märkische Projekt Bau GmbH has been located at Hochschulring 33 since 1999, in the middle of the Schönefelder Kreuz growth region. Our construction sites lie within a radius of around 50 kilometres, many of them in Wildau and the neighbouring towns.
Short distances pay off twice here: site management and foremen reach the site within minutes.
We also train bricklayers and carpenters in Wildau, with construction sites within a maximum of 50 kilometres.
What we build in Wildau
- Shell construction and turnkey building for residential and commercial projects
- Carpentry: roof trusses, timber structures, timber-frame walls
- Conversion and fit-out of existing buildings, including during ongoing operation
- Renovation and modernization, waterproofing to DIN 18195
