Compensation
11st year: EUR 1,122.00
22nd year: EUR 1,351.00
33rd year: EUR 1,610.00
Compensation according to the main construction industry collective agreement (as of April 2026). An additional EUR 60 per month applies when attending an out-of-town vocational school class. Additional bonus agreements and Christmas bonus payments are possible. We can also support you in finding an apartment nearby if desired.
