For the Ludwigsfelde Housing Association 'Märkische Heimat' we are realizing an extension to an existing multi-family residential building.

Three existing apartments are being converted and a new community room is being constructed in the front section.

Our scope of work includes demolition, conversion, and extended shell construction work including earthworks, as well as facade design and roof covering.
