Gallun (Mittenwalde) · 2025
In Gallun (Mittenwalde) we were commissioned with the turnkey construction of a two-story hall with office. The MEP/electrical systems were commissioned by the client but coordinated by us.
The client was able to move into the new building on schedule after 10 months of construction.
MP also handled all architectural and planning services including the building permit application.
Königs Wusterhausen OT Zernsdorf · 2022
We were commissioned by RuLa Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft with the turnkey construction of a DHL compound delivery hub.
We handled project management as well as all shell construction and finishing work. The building envelope was realized by our partner SETUP Systembau.
Wustermark · 2025
In Wustermark we are constructing a turnkey office and social building for the Spedition Diebel logistics company.
The monolithic shell construction is fitted with a steel curtain wall facade. The flat roof provides space for a large solar installation along with all necessary equipment for building operations.
