With the rooftop extension at Drakestrasse 44, the existing building was extended by an architecturally demanding roofscape. Our scope covered the shell and carpentry work as well as the complete roof covering, including slate and plumbing work.

The numerous dormers, the curved roof areas and the striking dome construction posed a particular craftsmanship challenge. From the solid structural elements to the complex timber construction and the weatherproof roof skin, all work was precisely coordinated.

The high-quality slate covering and the carefully executed metal flashings shape the appearance of the new top floor. The result is an individual, durable extension that blends harmoniously into the architecture of the existing building.
