AVAMAR Scharmützelsee – New Holiday Apartments in Wendisch Rietz

In Wendisch Rietz, we are building House A of the AVAMAR Scharmützelsee project as the general contractor. The new building includes 21 high-quality holiday apartments and a spa area with a pool on the third floor above ground level.

Our scope covers groundwater lowering and earthworks, the watertight reinforced concrete structure, the structural shell and building envelope, interior fit-out, and building services. It also includes steelwork and balconies, a lift, a photovoltaic system, landscaping, and parking spaces. We manage construction and coordinate all trades through to turnkey completion.
